4-Pin power connector question

its from the Thermaltake Purepower 520W... now im wondering instead of using the regular 4-Pin power connector splitter would it be better to get one of those?... and are there others that make it instead of Thermaltake?
 
All it is is molexes mounted on a PCB with an LED.
It offers zero real advantage over a normal Y-splitter beyond taking up more space.
 
Blah, those are for people with no experience with electronics or wiring. You could splice
some wires for the same effect. At a much reduced cost. Not to mention you could do away
with the molex connectors alltogether for a more refined look. Nothing like making your own
custom wiring harness. If you have the skillz that is. :)
