Did a search and didnt really come up with much as far as finding an answer for my current problem.

If im blind please point me in the right direction.

With that said here is my problem, im broke ( thats not the main problem), and i want to fix some old fans i have lying around, and the only reason why they dont work is cuase the red and black power cables got yanked out of there 4 pin y adapters, (stupid people like to be assholes). Anyways ive got the the 2 pins out of the Y adapters (black and yellow) my quesiton is this, how do you opend the metal casing around the whire?
PS: (Think cheap or better yeht free!)
