4-bay vs 5-bay, HDD temp difference?

5 bay enclosures have faster fans to compensate. I can't talk much about temperatures because my server room has the AC set at 65F.
 
With 5400 rpm drives it would be fine, with 7200 probably ok, with 10k no way.
A lot of the 4 in 3 are not suitable for 10k drives without a fan upgrade much less the 5 in 3.
I had a client who cooked a bunch of WD velociraptors in 4in3s resulting in a bunch of early failures. They fired their former consultants over it and hired me.
