If you don't mind me asking; did these come from a business or school environment? My college uses these 3 exact laptops throughout the campus
 
that's nto a cell phone icon... it's a smart card icon for smart cards. it requires the module to be installed.The Latitude E series is a common laptop line for businesses and schools. The E5xxx line is the lower end and hte E4310 is a nice portable series. the #xx10,20 designates the version of core I series processor.
