Are there supposed to be 3x CLI.exe running?

I know there are other programs like svchost that have multiple exe running, but those are all system or network service programs. The CLI.exe are all under my name.
 
the CLI shit is from ATI drivers. It's a real bitch that they have to run 3 processes for a driver. Plus they run 2 services alongside for changing the clock speed when entering 3d mode.

I don't write drivers, but surely there's a better way to do whatever it is they're doing.
 
All my CLI.exe processes crash anytime I go into 3d mode or open a video file :(

Can't seem to get them to work nomatter what I do, including a full driver cleaning and reinstall of 6.9s.

Looks like reformat this evening after work. ANTI-WOOT! Gooooooooooooo ATI!
