3dmark06 question and score comparison

Hi guys,

Just built my new PC. Config as follows:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 ocd to 3.73 GHz
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 3870 X2 in CrossFire
Audio: Auzentech X-Fi Prelude 7.1
HDD: 2 Samsung 80GB in RAID 0
2 WD 400GB in RAID 0

Here's my 3dmark06 score:

3DMark Score 15715 3DMarks
SM 2.0 Score 7185
SM 3.0 Score 8042
CPU Score 3162

Ran the tests at:

Resolution 1280x1024
Full Screen Anti-Aliasing 8 Sample AA
Texture Filtering Anisotropic16x


I was wondering what you had to say about the score. Is it enough for my specs or is there a bottleneck?

Plus, what if I run the tests with no AA and no anisotropic filtering. Would it improve my score? How would I then compare my score to others? Would appreciate if you posted your scores here.

offhand it sounds fine. man, the orb's search&compare has gone to total and complete shit. I haven't even looked at it for years now.
