3DMark06 On max Settings!!
So you can see my setup in my signature. Now I have the pro editon of 3Dmark06 so I can play around with it. :)

In the screen shot below you can see the programs defualt graphic settings.
This is what it is set on for all the free versions, so naturally most say their score based on these Settings. On those Defualt settings: I got a score of 12304. Which is ok, I guess.

And you can see the defualt settings below.

Now I was wondering what My Score would be On the max settings. Since the Pro editon allows you to change them. As you can see in this screenshot.

Therefore you can see in the third screen shot what my score is below. Of 7659

The score is more than I expected for the highest settings.
Now I didn't change any of the options under rendering, because I don't know if they would increase the strain on the Card or not. So I will do it again if people have suggestions on what to check to make the test more intense..

Default resolution isn't 1152x864, it's 1280x1024. Your 19" widescreen doesn't have enough horisontal pixels for that resolution so you can't run it at default settings at all (it seems).

Um ok. That doesn't change what the program comes to me as defualt...
That ALSO doesn't change the max resolution I can choose.

Maybe I should stipulate, max settings for my specific screen...?

Yes, the maximum settings depend on your max resolution. I can choose 2560x1600 (and won't be getting over 7k scores with 8xaa LOL)

cool, what speed was your cpu when benching?
im not sure why you started a topic on this though, im sure lots of people have pro (me inc.)?:S

I haven't updated My sig yet.
CPU CLock: 3.294 Ghz (SMP Folding is not stable above)
Video Card Clock: 631/951

im not sure why you started a topic on this though, im sure lots of people have pro (me inc.)?:S
