3dmark06, anything wrong?

i have an opteron 165, i run 3dmark06 at stock cpu speed and the results are higher than the overclocked results of 2.4ghz. the result at 1.8ghz is almost 4000, but the result when i oc'd it to 2.4ghz is 900. is there anything wrong?

I think you have to check your memorry timinings

memory is at 3-3-2-5. running at 1:1, 269mhz pc3500.
