3DMark05 and screen edge messed up...

I was benchmarking my new speeds yesterday and I came accross sort of like a rainbow ( a film of bunch of colors in the bottom and right side of my display).

3DMark is running at 1024X768 and my screen is at 1280X960...I clocked my computer back to defaults and the thing was still there...

What can that be?
