3dmark03 failures

Recently when running 3dmark i'm getting failures from the program that states

File "textures/xxxxx/xxxxx.dss" is corrupted. It seems to happen in random spots and never the spot twice....

Does anybody know what would be causing this? Thanks in advance.

Easy. Are you overclocking for one? I need specs of your machine, software, etc...
 
Yes I am.

Running a Barton 2500+ @ 3200+ with 1 GB of RAM on an ABIT NF7. Everything was fine and dandy till I popped in that extra stick of 512 MB to make it 1GB again (512MB was moved to the PVR). Memtest shows zero errors. Maybe i'll make it a 2500+ again and see what it does. I just don't want to be non 1:1 with a nforce board =/
