3D printed ducts and AIO brackets?

Monoprice has a $400 3D printer than can do up to 0.1mm precision.
Do you think it will be worth the effort to make ducts to channel air from the VRMs of my mobo to the exhaust fan?
I'm also planning on making some AIO brackets for Vega. I think it should be strong enough if I give it enough thickness.

maybe.

where the duct meets the fan is critical, there needs to be a way for the fan to get enough traction on the air to force enough flow through the restriction of the duct + heatsinks.
completely enclosing the intake of the fan would do that, but a skinny duct just through the VRMs heatsinks would almost certainly restrict the possible airflow volume enough to stall the fan, rendering it useless.

running additional ducting from an enclosed fan to other 'things' could increase the flow enough to prevent stalling. then you would need to balance the suction area of each 'duct' outlet at the fan to provide the proper division of the total airflow to each 'thing'.

what would probably work better is to make a bracket to mount a small fan over the vrms and it should be plenty strong with 100% fill.
