3D Printed Chassis...

Not at all honestly. Cool brackets but really not that impressive from a diy standpoint. Not [H] enough.
I expected something more along the lines of the enclosure im making for my Mars 3 printer with printed extrusions:

Cool project, but overall, it looks similar to the TT900 that I used a few years ago, except for the corner braces, which seem much more substantial/industrial than TT's method :D

You can print carbon fiber material, it will not have a carbon fiber pattern, and will not be as strong functionally as real traditional carbon fiber.
bummer..... I had already been thinkin up some cool stuff to do with them, but I would have needed the strength of CF to make them practical... oh well :D
