Hello,
This is my system spec:
ABIT IC7-Max3
2x512 DDR PC4000 (500Mhz) Crucial Ballistix
Intel Pentium 4 3.2Ghz @ 3.71Ghz (Stable) with THermalright SP-94 and arctic silver 5 on.

And When I run 3D Mark 2001 SE i only get 17000 3dmarks on default settings, whats the problem? :confused:
I got 23000 with my Radeon 9800XT!
 
Make sure all your driver settings for the quality settings, AA/AF, etc. are all set to off or application preference.

would be performance setting not quality.
 
In Windows, in your driver settings. Set everything to lowest, so use lowest quality, highest performance, or application preference; whichever is applicable to the particular setting.
