I'm running a game called EVE-Online on my PC, system in sig. I'm trying to run two instances of eve on one computer, which is fine. But once i drag one of the windows to the other monitor, i slow down to like 1 fps, is this a known issue with video cards or is there a fix?

This is absolutely brutal on cards...I have managed to run quake 3 and unreal tournament at the same time, and the cards just die...i wouldn't get your hopes up.

thats what i thought. thought i would imagine that the proper coding would be able to get this right.

render the image first, then calculate how the screens are split up and send the signal to the monitors. doesn't seem difficult

then again, i'm no GPU engineer...

got it working  just have to make sure that one window is set to use secondary adapter
