3COM and iPAQ 3975 Bluetooh Sync

My 3COM bluetooth card use to sync with Activesync 3.7.1 but I dont know what happened. Now the bluetooth COM port does not show up in the Avticesync connection settings. I am able to make a bluetooth serial connection on COM12 but ActiveSync will not pick up that COM port. Why Not?
