What are the main diferences between the two? Should we push intel to exchange our top of the series, brand new but already outdated processors? :eek:
 
The C2 stepping has VT-d. So if you did not know this already, it probably does not matter to you.

You could probably RMA your processor at Intel, telling them you badly need VT-d, but you won't gain anything by doing so.
