3930k Core load issue.

Does anyone know if it is a problem when I run hyper PI and core temp 1.0 all my cores hit 100% load except for 1 is always at 50% load is that normal?
 
Disable Core parking in Win 7.

Use Google and you will find out how.

Also run Prime 95 and see if all your cores load. It will rule out if its the OS or the Bench you are trying to use.
 
Just try a different benchmark. It will likely hit 100% across the board. Then you know it's benchmark-specific.
