I ordered a computer from a boutique dealer with two MSI 390x in crossfire. I received the computer today and it says 2x390 in device manager and says the same Radeon Settings. Core clock is 1005MHz....did I get two 390 or 390x?
 
Run GPU-Z and check the shader count. If it's 2560, then you got 390's. If it's 2816, then you got 390x's.
 
Rebooted and ran it again for a picture and it says 2816 shaders now....hmmm...any idea what would cause it to change?

Old version of GPU-Z? 0.8.6 is latest.

Also, the 290/390 have 64/160 ROPs/TMUs while the 290X/390X have 64/176.
