3850 and Mobo question

Require too much power, makes too much heat, too expensive.

Guessing your going to run 1920x1080 for 1080p on those tv's? What games are you going to play?

Around $760 or the cards alone... a single 9800GX2 would out perform that and that costs ~$550.
 
Hmmmm, I cant seem to find an SLI board that will take the Phenom quad core and has 2.0 PCI slots x2, either that or I am searching wrong.

But I want a dual card set up that will push an LCD tv, that I mentioned above. And right now I got about $1,700 to spend on the box alone.
