Hey guys, i need some help.

i have no clue what im doing when i get into the bios, i understand most of the OCing stuff, like FSB, RAM, and all that stuff, but when it comes time to go make the changes in my BIOS i have no clue what is what.

ive got a DFI ultra-d with the Bigtoe modded BIOS, and the other stuff in my sig.

could someone help me out?
