3800 Orleans fsb oc

I used to use ntune to oc the fsb. I had it at 214 mhz. I just flashed my bios and set it to 222 and cpuz still shows 214. I uninstalled ntune but I still have the same issue. wtf? You guys know whats going on? I had it stable at around 230 in ntune before.

Its also set to be 12x multiplier, which it shows up as randomly. it changes a lot. The fsb doesnt change though



I got it to show the 12x by loading up the cpu :
