3770k Temps?

I have a 3770k overclocked to 4.5 GHz. The processor is being cooled with a ZALMAN LQ-320 Water Cooler with two (2) COUGAR CF-V12HPB fans in push/pull configuration. After running Prime95 for 24 hours the highest temperature measured by HWMonitor was 81 degrees C. During normal processor intensive operations, i.e. x264 and gaming, it never gets hotter than 64 degrees C. Are these temps considered safe?
 
those are pretty good temps. If you want to get it cooler you will have to delid it.
