3770k OCing Issue (maybe)

So I recently bought a 3770k w/ a Biostar TZ77B --

I'm having a couple issues. First off, it's running great @ 4.5GHZ OC'd but my temps aren't where I want them to be(41c IDLE). I've passed all stress tests but it runs so effing hot(88-89c). I'm running the CORSAIR H70 Core High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler. Curious to hear what you guys would change. Here are some pictures of my idle temp and voltage. This computer wasn't built by me and was built my a friend that I paid considering I didn't have the time. I realized now I should have just spent the time doing it myself because he indeed put too much thermal compound on; after carefully removing some paste it seems a bit more stable but I am open to any ideas. (This has been one of the few posts I have made and am a seasoned veteran as you can see :D)


Rig:
Thermaltake Level 10 GTS Snow Edition Mid Tower (Professionally Wired for Max Air Flow)
3770k @ 4.5GHZ
16GB DDR3 1333 (I know, 1333 isn't top notch but it's hardly noticable)
256 Crucial m4 SSD (w/ updated firmware)
2TB 7200RPM (Storage)
GeFORCE GTX 670 2GB

The picture below shows that it hit a max temp of 57c (That was when I was running Heroes of Newerth @ 1920x1080 Ultra)

The consensus will probably be...

Fairly normal + IB runs hot + Corsair Hx Coolers kind of blow
 
Thanks for the input. The rig so far runs faster than I ever imagined. Being a former professional gamer I could have only dreamed of this. Although on weird occasions it reverts back to 3506Mhz (rarely) -- All I have to do is go into bios and switch it back to "enable". Seeing 89c and it passing the Intelburn test was a bit odd for me but I guess it was stable with no errors.

I think if my Pentium III Coppermine 600mhz reached that temp it would have started smoking.

Either way, thanks for the input; Looking forward to some upcoming games with this 120hz LCD + new rig.
