3700 Claw overclock

Just wondering, what would be an average overclock for my S754 3700 Clawhammer on an Epox 8KDA3J Nforce3 mobo?
 
The mobo has a bit of a problem overvolting. Lowest the voltage goes is 1.55 to 1.6v. I've just installed an xp-90 with panaflo fan to cool the cpu down a little. It's now idling at 33c with the side panel off and overclocked to 2.5ghz.
