Out of curiosity I was using GPU-Z to see how much clock speed was cut when going between high power mode and low power mode on my laptop when I noticed that sensors tab in GPU-Z was reporting that my ATI mobility HD 3650 is only running at half speed.
I tried running games to see if it was just in 2-D mode but the clocks never changed. the sensor is picking up changes because low power mode drops it down to 140/202.
As a reference rthdribl is getting 70-80fps at 640x480 with it's stock settings.
I'm just wondering if this is normal or if my card is actually underclocked.
