Try setting the client.cfg file up with timeless WU and 50% CPU usage to see if it can complete ANYTHING. The timeless WU are small.

It's better to get it working at 50%, because 50% of a little is a lot more than 0% of a lot :)
 
Yep running it at 50% works fine. I came up with a work around. When I'm not gaming the system will be running at 2.2Ghz for Folding, and when I want to play a game I can OC in windows using the Abit uGuru app. Thanks again everyone! :D
