360 profile saved game copy?

Sorry if this has been asked before but I have been playing COD 2 on a generic gamertag while getting my Xbox live to work. Now that I have my live working and have recovered my original gamertag I would like to take all the saved games and achivments from the generic tag and place them in my real tag. I just dont want to have to start COD 2 all over again. Any suggestions or am I just out of luck?

Saved games would be on your hard drive.

As far as the achievements... you're going to have to earn those again.
