360 Panorama video (QTVR) or comparable software for PC?

Ive spent the last hour searching google and I cant find anything both tutorial/software related on how to create a 360 panorama (QuickTime QTVR preferrably) on a pc.

Can anyone shed some light on this as to how someone goes about creating one? Not panoramic photos, the 360* videos only.
