I was going to go with a 350W Antec PSU but I wanted to make sure that was enough juice for these newer CPU's components. Any tips are appreciated.

A 285 watt SFX power supply juices my rig (see specs below) with absolutely no problems. I'm sure your power supply will be fine for your system.

One 350w PSU is not always equal to another. (see Ice Czar's linky above)

That said, I have an Antec 300w powering a family member's system that currently consists of an Athlon XP-M clocked at 2.3GHz (14x166) with 2x256MB of memory, a hard disk, DVD writer, and two exhaust fans, with an entry level graphics card, modem, and SCSI card on a KT400 chipset mainboard, and it's working quite well, with no instabilities at all.

If you are planning on upgrading from that Geforce 4 vid card any time soon, I'd consider finding a quality brand-name power supply rated for 400 watts, though, with at least 20 amps on the 12v rail. You may very well want the additional amperage it will supply. It's always good to have a little breathing room.

and I've had 2 antec tru 550's, and an antec tru430 blow out on me. never again. The latest took out at least the p4c800 motherboard.

If your antec is an older one, in all likelyhood it's fine (although I wouldn't push it). I firmly feel that Antec's quality outside of the neopower has been going downhill lately. I can't back it up, but I've begun to notice a trend.

However, if I were you, and investing that much in a system, I would go for the pcp&c 425 deluxe to be absolutley sure, as well as giving you more upgrading room.. Your machine is an investment, protect it.

Id guess it would work but you wont be able to add much if anything.
