3400+ a64 for DTR notebooks?

This product is intended for notebooks. It comes without the heatspreader, so careless installers need not apply. It may have usefulness in desktop applications, but use with caution. It's an OEM product.
 
the facts that its for notebooks and it comes without a heatspreader are a given..... i was asking in more of a general sense, is there anything different about the hardware over an ordinary 3400+. is there any way this could become an enthusiest processor like the 2400-2600+ mobile xp's.
