3200+ Venice vs. 3500+ Winnie

if the Winnie is at 2.2 ghz the Venice at 2.5 would be Faster, if they are both at 2.5ghz then they would be the same
 
Not realy. It deppends on what HTT and bus clock and memory clock they run. Stock htt 5x is effective 2000 MHz and thats high. Going lower to be able to pump up bus and memory clock can resukt in lower htt or just different as stock so CPU's will preform different. Also with higher memory clock You could have more memory thrupur or even less if You have to eas off timings. So stock 2,5 MHz and OC-ed 2,5 MHz ain't same thing. They could be but are mostly different.

well neither of the cpu's he mentioned come stock at 2.5ghz, so they would both need to be overclocked to reach 2.5ghz
