3200+ Venice OCing

I'm looking at a build for a new system I plan on getting relatively soon, and I was wondering how fast I could stably OC my 3200+ with:

2 80mm fans (side and top)
2 120mm fans (front and back)
1 Thermaltake Silent Boost (CPU)
Arctic Silver Thermal Paste

It's an ATX case if that helps. I was hoping to OC it to 2.4GHz - 2.6GHz and maintain stable performance. Are my expectations too high/unreasonable? If so please give more reasonable speed. Do I need any more fans and/or other cooling devices? Water cooling is not an option.
 
I hit 2.4 (without even pushing it), so you should get 2.5-2.6 easily. The 10x mult will really help.
