32" LCD, what graphics card required?

I am purchasing a new IO Data 32" LCD this coming weekend. Any recommendations from the gaming elite as to what specs are ideal for running games widescreen. Help is appreciated from those who are wise in the ways of this stuff.

Spec for the screen is
1360x768, 1280×768 WXGA
1280x1024 SXGA
1024x769 XGA
640x480 VGA

Almost any card could handle those resolutions. 32" and only 1360x768? Pretty weak. Looks like a good tv and not so hot monitor. In comparison most 23-24" wide screen LCD's do 1920x1200.
