32" 4k freesync 40-60 range

Can't you just lower the freesync range via CRU?

Also gsync tends to look much better than freesync under 60fps in my experience. You might as well get the Acer XB321HK if you need a monitor now and want good performance in the 40-60 range. AFAIK gsync (ultimate) doubles the frames under 60 but freesync doesn't, and ends up looking pretty bad once you get below 52-53fps.
 
I have the monoprice 32" 4K IPS FreeSync display and it works great with G-Sync. Range is 35-60 IIRC. LFC doesn't work correctly from my testing.
