So I have a 3008wfp, served me well many years. Lately its been doing odd things. For example switching to the display port input will sometimes give an image where it looks like the colors are off by one pixel (if red is at the origin, green would be +1 to the right, and blue would be +2 to the right, sort of like a misaligned old school projector). If I turn the screen off and back on again it fixes it. It has always done this from when I got it, but it used to only do it maybe 1 out of 100 input switches, its roughly 1 in 10 now.

Other odd issue that started happening recently. On dvi the left half the screen updates slower than the right half. If you move a window you will get a tearing line down the center, stuff on the right is smooth moving and on the left it is choppy, almost like the right is 60hz and left is 30hz. Again turning it off and back on fixes this.

(happens on different computers as well)

Anyone with a 3008wfp have issues like this?

As a side question, does anyone use brightness higher than 0 on this monitor? Most monitors I use around 30 to 60% brightness, I have to drop mine down to 0 otherwise its too bright.
