3007 keeps going into standby

This has been getting worse and worse. I've got one of the old 30" dells that keeps on going into standby mode when the computer it is hooked to is not. Tested it in both single and dual monitor configuration. When unplugged from the computer, I get the normal four color test pattern.

Anyone know what I should be looking at? I've got it plugged into a variety of machines - ranging from a g5 laptop to a 285 on my gaming rig - with the same results. At times, it just springs back to life. Been getting worse and worse the last couple weeks.

If I knew what part I should be looking at, I'll try to replace it. Any monitor repair folks with input out there?

I'm not sure, try looking through the monitor settings in the OSD, maybe even enter a factory or advanced menu if there is one. There may be a timer or IPM. I can't verify as I have NEC monitor(s).
