I've seen a lot of users saying they are running the same oc as me, and higher, at stock voltage. I just got a 3000+ 939, and I cant get to 2.2 without going to 1.525 volts..
someone here has theres at 2.7 at stock voltage with stock cooling.
ive heard that depends on your week/model or whatever, but I don't know how to tell.
Thats kind of what I wanted to know

well just to make sure if is the cpu limiting your oc, theres a few things id check

1) Make sure HTT is set to 3
2) Make sure you have PCI/AGP locks on
3) If your memory is PC3200 you will want to use a memory divider (5:4 should work well)
4) Well your finding your max speed make sure ram timings are set high 2t-3-4-4-8

give that a shot and let us know your results


ps. I noticed you have an AV8 its my understanding that until rev2 they didnt support agp/pci locks therefore going over 220fsb is almost impossible
 
also make sure you have a newer rev of the av8, the older one sucks (doesnt lock agp/pci) to tell week look at 2nd or third line of processor should have a 04 followed by 2 more numers representing the week it was made
