It seems to me that we have a lot of big graphics snobs around here. I don't need every single game I play to be the new best looking game ever. It looks great. Maybe not quite as good as DOOM3, but I think it looks great.

Ok guys, I played the CS:S Beta, and let me tell you - when the model and texture details are on high, the game looks remarkably good. Those screenies are defiantly on low model detail and low texture detail.

CS:CZ people get it a bit later than those who are in the cafes.

Please tell me that guy was on lowest texture detail... those are the most bland textures I've ever seen.

yeah they look pretty darn cruddy for HL2ness its like playing CS with good models.
