3 svchost.exe's running?

I was looking through my taskmanager and I noticed I have 3 different svchost.exe processes running at the same time. Is this draining my system performance or what does it mean?

I have the same thing, sometimes 4, sometimes only 2. They relate to what windows files are needed at the moment. Nothing wrong with it, and if you close them it generally reboots the computer.

Totally normal.

Go to a command prompt and type TASKLST /SVC to see which instances of SVCHOST are running which services on your machine.

Its some of the services you have running... some share the same name so just look it up in services.msc and its usually svchost /(some arg)
