3 Rad 1 pump, loop question

So I just purchased 3 rad's for my first watercooled setup, and was thinking of setting up my loop like this: Res/pump>rad>rad>CPU>mobo>rad>GPU

Does this make sense or should I just go through all 3 radiators in a row? I'm pretty much looking for the most efficient way as case room isn't an issue. This is on an I7-920, X58A-UD7, and a single 7970 on 3 RX360's.

And yes, 3 Rad's is way overkill for my setup I know.. but I plan on upgrading/adding later on down the road.
 
It doesn't really matter. Route the easiest way possible.
 
if your flow rate is good it shouldn't mater much if your flow rate is bad then i would put a rad between your cpu and gpu as the water will be a few c hotter if you have bad flow, if you have good flow the water temp should be about the same in all parts of your loop
 
Well I'm using an XSPC X20-750.. will this be good enough or should I split up the radiators?
 
just go res/pump>cpu>mobo>gpu>rad>rad>rad>

Loop order doesn't really matter, and radiators are pretty low restriction. I run two 3x120 rads, 3 gpu waterblocks, and a cpu block. I still have decent flow rate with a single pump.

With that 750 pump... I doubt you would have good flow. That pump isn't designed for much more than the stock Rasa kit, maybe one extra radiator or block at best.

I was thinking this as well. Though IIRC, rads don't pose much challenge to any pump.
 
Oh yeah, didn't see what pump he was running. Might want to think about picking up a swiftech mcp35x
 
Your pump should give you a bit on the low side flow, but nothing to worry about. Sure you might be able to squeeze another degree or three (not more than that), but is that really worth it? I would recommend upgrading your pump if you're using a bunch of more restrictive parts in there (adding a second GPU, QDs, ect). Rads aren't that restrictive.
