For black friday i'm going to be picking up another HD because it's (imo) the best time to buy technology. I already have two HD's in sig, and a sony DVD burner. Both my HD's are IDE, and the one i'm picking up is also IDE. Would I be able to hook up my new HD with the IDE cable with the DVD burner also?

I have two IDE wires from my mobo, they are:

1 goes to the two hard drives.
1 goes to the dvd burner, leaving one empty.

Will I run into any complications using the one IDE cable for the dvd burner and the HD? thanks. :)

They'll work, but the one on the same channel as the DVD drive will only run at ATA33.
