Alright, after some googling and research, I've come up with a few setups to cool my DFI Ultra Infinity and hopefully achieve 2500 MHz or if not 250 FSB. Notice how I stick brands together.

A.) vacumm cleaner vantec
1 sp-97
1 vantec 92mm torando for sp-97 (119 cfm, 56.4 dba)
4 vantec 80mm stealths for case fans (27 cfm, 21 dba)
1 5v, 9v, 12v, fan controller
1 nb1-c with stock fan (11.80 cfm, 34 dba)
- not sure if a tornado at 9v will blow more than the panaflo high (56.8 cfm) and if it will be noisier

B.) high balanced panaflo
1 sp-97
1 panaflo 92mm high bx for sp-97 (56.8 cfm, 35 dba)
4 panaflo 80mm high bx case fans (39.6 cfm, 32 dba)
1 nb1-c with stock fan (11.80 cfm, 34 dba)

C.) very silent silenx
1 sp-97
1 panaflo 92mm high bx for sp-97 (36 cfm, 14 dba)
4 silenx thermistor 80mm case fans (28 cfm, 14.4 dba)
1 nb1-c with stock fan (11.80 cfm, 34 dba)

Well, there you have it, I'm not sure which configuration to go with. Please advise

In addition, using 4 case fans in a Lian-Li PC65, how much air does each case fan need to push in order to achieve "good air flow"?

I like configuration B. All the fans there are quite balanced, you should get good results without producing too much noise. Config C is nice too, but those SilenX fans don't move very much air at all.
