3.0c Dying help chose new CPU

i have some good PC4000 ram and water cooling, so what CPU should i chose?
i am considering 3
1. 3.0E could hit 245-255fsb? 255 would be optimal
2. 3.2E ive heard these buggers OC like hell could hit 3.8-3.9 240ish FSB
3. 3.4E with my Mobo i can chose 14 0r 17 mullti and could easlily top 4ghz
but my ram will top out at 260-265 wich using the 14 mulit would leave me at 3.7 or so, with the 17 mulit i wont even make it to 240 fsb but i should hit 4 ghz

all this has left me confused, i have plenty of money so dont consider the dolla
just what would be the fastest set up for me ?

the cpu i just bought a 3.2e that does 4.2 ghz(its d0, and prooven by a extremely trustable friend), do out the math its 250 mhz for 4 ghz
im on the same boat with memory, i got wicked sick memory, but no cpu that will use the fsb is in sight

well does he have another one? lol 4.2 is rare from a 3.2E shoot 4ghz is rare

just look around for a d0 3.2e, should get same results
