In order to use 2 HBA pci-e x8 and a video card x16, is it possible to achieve that using a Z77 mainboard or a 2011?. Any recommendations appreciated.
 
Should be possible with any board allowing enough PCI-e speed/slot/config to the card in question.

GPU should always be in slot 1 of course, but with a decent mid-range to high end board they have the pci-e usually at x16x8x8 or x16x8x4 or x16x4x4 etc.
Z78/2011 even AMD based AM3+ would be fine, basically, if it supports tri/quad cxrossfire or SLI it should be fine for supporting what you intention.
