2U Active Server cooler for LGA1366

Hello!

I'm on the hunt for two coolers to throw in my upcoming server upgrade! (2x Xeon L5520 CPUs)

The case is a chenbro 2U so I need a low profile-ish cooler or it wont fit.

Any ideas? It does not have to be silent, I just want something with good quality and performance.

I have used these with good success in the past. 'Quite' is not a good adjective for them

I had a look at those! Saw them on ebay. And you never hade issues with them? If not, I might just go for them

I have a Dynatron G618 in my 2U case. I zip-tied a delta 10,000RPM to it (pull configuration), and was easily able to raise the 3570K to 4.2GHz (could go higher, but no need). I also removed the rear metal template-thing, so the fan has a nice clear path to blow through.

It sounds like a loud hair dryer, but that is the data center's problem.

Sounds great! I got a dedicated server room at home so noise wont be an issue
