2TB in stock where?

So after the first release of the 2TB they seemed to have sold out that day, was fine since they were 260+ in price. Now it has been some time and no one still has gotten any in stock that I usually shop with, and I am needing to get one. Anyone have a reliable source to purchase from at a fair price?

I can't seem to find it in stock anywhere. Even places that have it above MSRP.
 
Same here.

I think it's because Ockie is ordering them all before we get a chance to notice they are back in stock. :p
 
Does anyone know whats upcoming in terms of harddrive tech? After 2tb, what are the next milestones that we can expect?
 
Most of the hard drive vendors are getting a shipment in on March 5th.

Expect to see most of them sell out quickly since there is quite a backlog of people who ordered them (ie me). :)

Thanks Greg, if I may ask, how did you find that info out about the shipment date? Is there word on the next one after that, or do they hope to have plenty of supply by then?
 
So how long can we expect 2TB to hit $100 or below?
 
I remember when I got my 1st 500mb drive and thought I was a god. Damn I'm getting old.
