Ok, I've been trying to figure out why my system crashes whenever I set it to 1T. I just got some new RAM from Corsair, they are a matched pair, TwinX 3200XLPRO DDR400 2x512. This system : Epox 9NDA3+ s939 - AMD64 3800+ - 2x74gig WD Raptors. GeForce 6800 Ultra. When switching from 2T to 1T should the voltages on the RAM be adjusted? I'm under the impression that you can get your system to run a bit faster with a 1T setting, is that true? Any and all help with this problem will be greatluy appreciated.
P.S. I just noticed that in my mobo's manual the system memory configuration shows that the first 2 dimm slots are 64bit and dimm slots 3&4 are 128bit. I have my modules loaded in dimm's 1&2, should they be in slots 3&4?
Here's the RAM I have.
