Yeah. Trying to port forward for Starcraft and DC++. I have them configured correctly in my broadband modem, which is a 1000HG.

StarCraft1 - TCP 6112-6119 69.239.105.xxx
TCP 4000 69.239.105.xxx
UDP 6112-6119 69.239.105.xxx
Dc++ - TCP 1412 69.239.105.xxx
UDP 1412 69.239.105.xxx ....

I set up the static IP, so that's clear. The DHCP range is 192.168.1.64 - 192.168.1.253 .. I'm on 192.168.1.63.

So the static IP is out of the DHCP range, I have the correct ports configured to be forwarded, and there's absolutely no software firewalls on. What the frack?

Any suggestions, tips, complete fix-it guides custom written to address my problem, free money, a date with your sister if she's hot, or a burrito or two - would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Shouldn't the IP in each of the port fields be your internal IP rather than external?

i.e.
StarCraft1 - TCP 6112-6119 192.168.1.63
TCP 4000 192.168.1.63
UDP 6112-6119 192.168.1.63
Dc++ - TCP 1412 192.168.1.63
UDP 1412 192.168.1.63 ....

Or maybe I'm just misinterpreting your post.
 
er...hmmm? Looks like your Nat'd so your modem doubles as a router. You would forward to the Local address, NOT the WAN IP. So forward to your 192.168.x.x address.
 
I set up the static IP... So I'm not sure how to specify external vs internal with the port forwarding menu.. Look:

Where the hell do I specify which IP it forwards to? That's the only field involving port forwarding there is for this modem.

The IP it selects seems to be automatic, and by default, it chooses 69.239.105.xxx. This is obviously the external. I dont get this shit.
 
Yeah.. I've been to that site, used it's recources, queuried it's forums, and still - doesn't work.
 
on xp do a ipconfig /all in the command prompt and write down what ip you have or
on win9x do a winipcfg and find your nic in the drop down list and write down the ip for us.
