2nd HD, How Do I see it?

I just installed a 2nd hd to my system, my main drive is a 120gb sata with windows and files and stuff, and i just got this WD Sata hd, how do I get windows to recognize it? When i go into computer properties, then hardware, then device manager, it shows up under disk drives but how do I get windows to see it?
 
disk management.
right click on my computer, go to manage, then disk management, partion the drive and format and all will be good.
 
Oooh, I found it myself, thanks for the fast reply, I think this is going to take awhile... :rolleyes: 238GB's.
 
when you select the drive in Disk management, right click, select partion and then it should partition it and you should get the option to format.
