Hey guys, I just a got a new motherboard the other day and installed it. Having both SATA HDD's installed, only my Windows 7 can be seen, not my 2nd HDD which is a Samsung 750GB with all my data on it.
I've gone into Disk Management and the 2nd HDD has come up as Invalid and going into Diskpart through CMD mode says that the HDD is invalid. Any idea whats wrong here and how to get the HDD to show up in Windows 7. It gets detected through BIOS and all but its just not showing up in Windows itself. Also in Disk Management there was a little ? on where the actual partition should be and it said That some policy has changed due to administrator. I am the only adminstrator user on my computer and I need to get the HDD up and running again without reformatting because its got all my data on it.
